Lancaster & Company Wins 2026 NMAR Good Neighbor Award | Community Involvement in Eureka, MT

Recognizing our commitment to serving the Eureka community beyond real estate.

Lancaster & Company is honored to announce that we have been selected as the 2026 recipient of the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) Good Neighbor Award, recognizing our commitment to serving the Eureka community beyond real estate.

Each year, the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award recognizes a REALTOR® who has made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer service. The recipient receives a $1,000 grant to support the nonprofit organization of their choice. We are incredibly grateful that this year's grant will benefit our nonprofit organization, the Eureka Youth Sports League (EYSL).

While we are proud to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout Eureka, Rexford, Fortine, Trego, and Northwest Montana, our greatest accomplishment has always been investing in the place we call home.

Building More Than Communities—Building Opportunities

Through the Eureka Youth Sports League, we have spent nearly seven years working to create a place where local families and children can gather, play, and grow together.

What began as a vision has become the 20-acre Eureka Sports Park, located at 424 Boundary Street in Eureka, Montana.

Thanks to the incredible support of volunteers, donors, local businesses, and community partners, we have raised more than $300,000 to help build:

Eureka Sports Park Features
  • A seasonal outdoor hockey rink with lighting
  • A roller skating rink
  • Four pickleball courts
  • Nearly one mile of paved walking, running, and biking trails
  • Seven soccer fields for players of all ages
  • A bicycle pump track

Today, the park serves hundreds of local families each year and has become one of the premier recreational spaces in Lincoln County.

We continue to work alongside the Lincoln County Parks Board, which now manages the facility, to identify future improvements and expand opportunities for recreation. Our current fundraising efforts are focused on adding a community playground and picnic area, and donations are always welcome at our Lancaster & Company office.

Supporting Nearly 200 Young Athletes Every Fall

Community involvement doesn't stop with building fields.

Lancaster & Company proudly sponsors and operates the Eureka Youth Soccer League, providing recreational soccer opportunities for children ages 3 to 18.

Each fall, nearly 200 young athletes participate in our six-week season, learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition while enjoying the facilities at the Eureka Sports Park.

Watching these kids develop confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories is one of the most rewarding things we do all year.

Investing in Our Community Year-Round

Our commitment to Northwest Montana extends well beyond youth sports.

Lancaster & Company proudly supports:

  • Local school programs and student activities
  • Community charities and nonprofit organizations
  • Our annual Halloween Community Candy Drive
  • Small Business Saturday and the Shop Small movement

One of our favorite traditions is highlighting local businesses through video features on our Facebook page. During the holiday season, we showcase outstanding local entrepreneurs while giving away gift certificates to encourage residents to shop local and support Eureka businesses.

Strong communities are built when neighbors support one another, and we're proud to play a small role in helping our local economy thrive.

Real Estate Is About People

At Lancaster & Company, we've always believed that being a REALTOR® means much more than helping someone buy or sell a home.

It's about strengthening neighborhoods, investing in families, supporting local businesses, creating opportunities for children, and helping build a community where people want to live for generations.

Receiving the 2026 NMAR Good Neighbor Award is an incredible honor because it recognizes the work of countless volunteers, parents, coaches, donors, and community members who have helped turn these ideas into reality.

We sincerely thank the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® for this recognition and for their generous $1,000 grant to the Eureka Youth Sports League.

Most importantly, we thank the people of Eureka and Northwest Montana for allowing us to serve this amazing community.

Looking Ahead

Our work isn't finished.

As the Eureka Sports Park continues to grow, we remain committed to expanding recreational opportunities for local families and improving the quality of life in Northwest Montana.

Whether we're helping you find your dream home, selling your property, or volunteering in the community, our mission remains the same:

Building stronger communities,
one family at a time.

If you'd like to learn more about the Eureka Youth Sports League, volunteer, or contribute toward our next project—the future playground and picnic area—we'd love to hear from you.
