We are not just about selling homes in Northwest Montana, we love our Eureka community and do everything we can to stay engaged and involved, here are just some of the highlights:
First and foremost, through our non-profit Eureka Youth Sports League, we have built a 20-acre community sports park. Located at 424 Boundary Street, just off past the KV Rangers ballfield on the north end of Eureka. Thus far we have built a seasonal outdoor hockey rink with lights, a roller rink, 4 pickleball courts, almost a mile of paved running and biking trails, 7 soccer fields of varying sizes, and a pump track. We have raised over 300k and spent nearly 7 years working on this project and it's our biggest community effort, for which we were recently recognized as the 2026 recipients the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors Good Neighbor award. This annual award gave us a grant of $1000 for the Eureka Youth Sports League. We continue to work with the Lincoln County parks board which now administers the park to look for additional opportunities to improve and add to the park. We are currently accepting donations at our office to raise funds for a playground and picnic area.
We also sponsor and run the youth soccer league for ages 3-18 with nearly 200 participants which has a six week season in the fall when the kids go back to school. The soccer league utilizes the soccer fields at the Eureka Sports Park.
We sponsor a community candy drive for Halloween, numerous school activities, and local charities.
We support the shop small movement by featuring a local business with a video feature on our Facebook page. We then give away a couple of gift certificates to that company. We kick off the shop small event around Thanksgiving and continue on through Christmas.
